Refund policy

WarmGlow Skincare Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your WarmGlow products! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how our returns and refunds work:


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.


Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Return

  1. Contact us at info@warmglowskincare.ca to start a return.

  2. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

  3. Send your item to:
    120 French St, Sydney, NS B1N 1Y7

  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process:

    • Replacement of the same product, or

    • Refund to your original payment method.

Items sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us immediately at info@warmglowskincare.ca so we can fix it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale products cannot be returned.

  • We do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect your return.

  • If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank or credit card processing times may take additional days.
